Refund Policy

At Mornington Peninsula Spirits, we strive to provide high quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our refund policy below:

Change of Mind

 

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. However, in line with Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before completing your order.

Defective or Damaged Products

 

If you receive a product that is faulty, defective, or damaged, please contact us immediately at letsdrink@mpspirits.com.au. We are happy to offer a replacement or a full refund, as per your preference, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is returned within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • The product is returned in its original condition, including packaging and any accessories.

Incorrect Items

 

If you have received the wrong item(s), please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and cover the cost of returning the incorrect product.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

 

To request a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at letsdrink@mpspirits.com.au with your order details.

  • Provide your order number and describe the issue with the product.

  • We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for returning the product.

Refund Process

 

Once we receive the returned product and verify the issue, we will endeavor to process your refund or exchange within 3 business days. If this is not possible, we will contact you and advise of an expected timeframe and reason for delay. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs

 

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the product is defective, or an incorrect item was shipped.

Consumer Rights

 

Our refund policy is in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy (refund, repair, or replacement) if the product you purchased is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected.
