2026 Blueberry Harvest 500ml 39.6% ABV

What has become an annual release, Blueberries from Red Hill Blueberries were macerated for about four months in our Peninsula Dry Gin. The resulting spirit was then blended with last years reserve that has spent the last year or so resting in an ex bourbon come maple syrup barrel.

This has created a rich and complex, fruit forward gin with a long, elegant finish.

With only 90 bottles released, this won't last long.
